Schedule, job access, and routing hardening

Scheduled-job links now stay scoped to the signed-in business before opening Job Detail.
Job detail, notes, files, lifecycle actions, and customer job messages enforce the same business and technician-assignment boundaries server-side.
Service locations can resolve coordinates for route planning, with safeguards that reject suspicious fuzzy address matches instead of saving a bad location.
Launch diagnostics now flag jobs assigned to a team-member record from the wrong business.

Connected call-to-cash workflow

Recurring schedules generate jobs that remain tied to the client and service location.
Accepted estimates can stay connected through the scheduled job and invoice record.
Completed jobs can feed invoice creation, payment recording, receipts, and client history when the relevant settings and providers are enabled.
Owner, admin, dispatcher, and technician roles use separate office, financial, management, and field permissions.

Data portability and account controls

CSV client import and supported business-data exports are available to reduce re-entry and lock-in.
Subscription cancellation and workspace deletion remain separate actions.
Scheduled workspace deletion includes a recovery period before permanent deletion.
Customer card data is handled through Stripe workflows rather than storing full card numbers in ordinary Smart Book business records.
