Why flat rate matters to a growing crew

Team-size pricing can turn hiring another technician into a more expensive software tier. Smart Book's current Whole Crew subscription does not add a separate Smart Book seat fee when you use technician, dispatcher, admin, or owner roles.

No add-on upsell to unlock the core workflow. CRM, scheduling, estimates, invoices, reporting, and field roles are included in the current Smart Book plan. Stripe processing fees remain separate. Managed text messaging is planned for a later release.

$30/month is the current monthly list price, not a scheduled introductory Smart Book rate that automatically reverts higher next year.

Does Smart Book limit which roles are included?

The current plan includes owner, admin, dispatcher, and technician roles. Smart Book does not charge a separate subscription fee for each technician.

Can I test it before adding a card?

Yes. Eligible first-time subscriptions get 7 days free with no credit card required. Without a payment method at trial end, the subscription pauses instead of charging.

Can I leave without losing access to an export?

Smart Book includes supported data exports, and subscription cancellation is separate from business-data deletion.
